Confident to Serve

Confident to Serve

February 24, 2019 | Perry Kallis

Gifts should be opened (and used) with “gusto," at least that is the intention of the giver. Very little joy takes place when reluctance or self-centeredness is the prevalent attitude at any gift-opening event. As we continue in our series on “Shaped to Serve,” we arrive at a letter Paul wrote to the church at Corinth, and the group of believers who needed instruction on how to properly, and confidently serve God in godly ways. This lesson reminds us of the strength and power behind any church willing to use their gifts and abilities to be the hope of the world!
