GracePoint Ballfield Request Process

Below you will find the application and forms required for requesting to use the ballfields at GracePoint Church. Please download, review, and complete each form before submitting your request (Note: You will be required to upload each completed document on the application page).

Ball Field Fee Schedule
Cost per hour Mondays and Fridays: $25.00
Cost per hour Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturdays and Sunday: $30.00
Additional Lighting Fees (an additional $10.00/hour): Months of October thru March

A non-refundable deposit of $200 per team will be required to secure your current practice times. Once your request has been approved, you will have 10 days to submit your deposit to secure your times. All checks should be made out to: GracePoint Church Field Use, 801 S. Lower Sacramento Rd., Lodi, CA  95242. If a deposit is not received in the church office by 10 days after the approval, then your requested time slot may be given to another team.

  1. Applications must be submitted at least 4 weeks before the first date of requested access.
     
  2. It is your responsibility to plan, gather, and completely think through details before completing your application(s). We have built the form with required fields to help with this process.
    • Adding I don’t know, or failing to include details may cause your request to be placed on hold and possibly rejected

  1. If a request is recurring and takes place 1 time per month (or more), you only have to submit a form once per year to get it onto the calendar.
    • Breaks of more than 2 months will trigger an additional form needing to be submitted.

  2. Once the initial form has been approved, that field will be reserved for the requested time(s).
    • Ministries of GracePoint and school partners are given priority use of the fields. All other slots are given on a first-come, first-served basis.
