GracePoint Church follows the biblical pattern of shared leadership through a plurality of elders, affirmed by the congregation, who shepherd, teach, and oversee the church in accordance with Scripture (Acts 20:17–28; 1 Timothy 3:1–7; Titus 1:5–9; 1 Peter 5:1–4). The primary role of elders is to guard doctrine, provide spiritual oversight, and set the direction of the church. Serving alongside them, our staff lead and support the ministries of GracePoint to carry out the vision and objectives established by the elders.
