GracePoint Facilities Request Process

Below you will find the form required for requesting space in the facility and adding information to Calendar. Please review the following policies before completing the form:

  1. Form submission is required for events and building use.  
    • Forms must be submitted at least 6 weeks before the date of the event
      • If you submit with less than 6 weeks before the date, the communications team may not be able to get to the request in time.

  2. It is your responsibility to plan, gather, and completely think through details before completing your form(s). We have built the form with required fields to help with this process.
    • Adding I don’t know, or failing to include details may cause your request to be placed on hold and possibly rejected
  1. If an event is recurring and takes place 1 time per month (or more), you only have to submit a form once per year to get it onto the calendar.
    • Breaks of more than 2 months will trigger an additional form needing to be submitted.

  2. Once the initial form has been submitted and approved, that room or space will be reserved for the requested time.
    • Ministry events will get priority over other outside events in the calendar (if there is a conflict).
